Make your appointment with ColoWell America. Dr. Farooq will determine if you qualify and write the recommendation you need to receive your state medical marijuana card.
STEP 2
During your consultation, your doctor will enter the MMJ recommendation with the Florida Department of Health. Within 5 business days, you will receive your medical marijuana card in the mail.
STEP 3
We help you every step of the way. You will leave ColoWell America with information about the local dispensaries. Dr. Shiraz Farooq makes sure you have a tailored plan for dosage and consumption type that will best benefit your particular condition. You will get a recommendation order every 70 days.
